TechTeam is a leading provider of IT and business process outsourcing services to large and medium businesses, as well as government organizations. Over the 30 years TechTeam Global had been in business they underwent name changes and service offering overhauls. The company was in a position to clearly define who they were and what they could offer to the world. Their goal was to win new business and retain existing clients by affirming that they are indeed a progressive company. With no internal resources to support the sales and marketing team, TechTeam brought in Vibation to elevate their visual presence.

Going Global

TechTeam has a presence in 70 countries and supports 32 languages. While TechTeam Global had been the official name for a while the word Global was not present in the logo. Vibation started with designing several ways to handle the global concept in both text and form. In the end, TechTeam chose to keep it simple and clear. To maintain existing familiarity, Vibation used the existing corporate color but changed the way it was used to give the brand more impact and power with a fresh modern look.

Tech Team Marketing Materials

Unified Design for all

TechTeam had only a few print pieces, most of which were outdated and mismatched. Vibation developed visually attractive graphics and print collateral for a spectrum of service sheets, case studies, brochures, internal documents, e-mail templates, various mail campaigns, booth designs, and handouts used at trade shows, while unifying the corporate visual language across all materials. Vibation created design templates so that the new branding message and aesthetics were consistent throughout all marketing materials.

TechTeam's primary sales tools were PowerPoint presentations, each with a different design and mismatching charts. Since this was the first glimpse into TechTeam a potential customer would see, it was extremely important to unify the design to match the corporate image while allowing the sales team to customize on the fly. Vibation developed a themed look across all the presentations. Master templates were created so that all PowerPoints could be consistent and yet flexible enough that everyone has the freedom to come up with their own ideas and content.

Vibation became an extension of their team, creating PowerPoint assets on the fly with quick turnaround times. Vibation developed diagrams that helped communicate the complexity of what they do while easily explaining the difference that TechTeam can make to a Fortune 100 organization.

THE RESULT - Beating out the Big Boys

The new face of TechTeam elevates the brand, showing that they are consistent across all media. Customers instantly become familiar and comfortable that they are talking to the same company throughout the sales discovery process. This consistency has made it easier for marketing to convey all the important messages needed to win new business and keep existing customers happy. With its fresh look and consistent brand, TechTeam can confidently compete in the global marketplace and looks a level above their competition.

The new look helped to position the company for Stefanini IT Solutions to acquire in the last quarter of 2010. Stefanini IT Solutions is also a global provider of onshore and nearshore IT consulting, systems integration and development, and outsourcing services. With the merger they plan to expand their global coverage and gain a broader range of services.
